I have spent 14 years delivering SAP Finance, Controlling and Data Migration projects across the EU. I have worked on S/4HANA transformations, greenfield implementations, complex cutovers and regulatory compliance projects for pharmaceutical, financial services and manufacturing clients.
Over those years I watched the SAP talent market get progressively worse. AI-generated CVs flooded every job posting. Body-shoppers padded profiles with project names scraped from LinkedIn. Recruiters — many of whom had never touched an SAP system — spent weeks screening applications that led nowhere.
Kennerkreis is my answer to that problem. A small, closed directory of senior SAP professionals who have been reviewed personally, whose references are real, whose skills are honestly documented, and whose availability is current.
It is intentionally small. The value of Kennerkreis depends entirely on the quality of every profile in it. I review every application personally, together with the team. Every decision to approve or decline is made by a person who understands SAP delivery — not an algorithm.
Every advisor profile carries a Trust Score from 0 to 100. It is composed of five weighted verification components — identity, references, project history, rate & availability disclosure, and profile completeness. The score is fully transparent, recalculated after every profile change, and always visible to recruiters.
To protect the quality of the directory, every Kennerkreis advisor must meet these standards before their profile is activated. No exceptions. No shortcuts. This is what separates us from every other platform.
