Four proficiency levels. Click a skill, you're rated.

No multi-select nonsense. Skills are grouped into categories — Functional Domain, Cloud & RISE, Data Governance, Leadership and more — and for every skill you claim you pick one level: Basic, Good, Strong, or Expert. It's visible to recruiters and it's the spine of every search filter. The system rewards honesty: your Kenner Score reflects real, consistent skills, projects and references — not keyword stuffing.

How the grid works
One rating per skill. Holistic, not per-role.
Kennerkreis made a deliberate choice: one proficiency per skill, not "Expert for consulting but Good for implementation." The market drowns in CVs that over-fit to job descriptions. You rate yourself once, honestly — and stand by it.

References the referee confirms — not the ones you claim.

Every reference on your profile is tied to a specific project and confirmed by the referee themselves via a secure, single-use email link. You request; they confirm. No self-certification, no LinkedIn-style endorsements, no "vouch for my whole career" shortcut.

Reference lifecycle
Request → email → confirm → live. Token-verified.
A short request flow captures the referee's details and links the reference to the right project. They get a secure link that's valid for 30 days, review the project context, and respond on the record — confirm, decline, or "not sure." Your profile only shows confirmed references.
  • Per-project — each reference is tied to the engagement it belongs to
  • Token-confirmed — a secure, single-use link valid for 30 days
  • Reminders built-in — automatic follow-ups at day 3 and day 7, plus a manual nudge anytime
  • Counts toward your Kenner Score — the references component is worth up to 20 points
