What does "verified" mean exactly?

Every advisor on Kennerkreis has passed at minimum: LinkedIn OAuth identity verification, EU / UK / Switzerland residence confirmation, and at least three email-confirmed references from past projects. Their skill matrix is self-assessed and their Trust Score is calculated transparently from five components visible on every profile, plus a freshness layer that reduces the published score over time if the profile drifts — profiles below 50 are auto-hidden from search until the advisor refreshes.
Can I contact advisors directly — without an intermediary?

Yes. Premium and Enterprise subscribers get direct access to the advisor's email address and phone number. There is no Kennerkreis intermediary, no recruiter markup, no body-shop margin. You contact the professional directly and negotiate terms directly.
How is Kennerkreis different from LinkedIn or job boards?

LinkedIn is open to everyone and flooded with AI-generated profiles. Job boards generate hundreds of applications per posting, most of which are fake or unqualified. Kennerkreis is a curated, closed directory — every profile is manually verified before activation. You search the directory; you don't post jobs. The advisors come pre-screened.
As an advisor, is my rate visible to everyone?

Rate brackets (not exact figures) are visible across all tiers, including the free Explorer tier. Explorer users see fully anonymised profiles with the rate bracket and skill matrix visible — but advisor identity, photo, and direct contact details are unlocked only on Premium and above. The exact rate figure is always negotiated directly — Kennerkreis only shows the bracket as a filter signal.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Monthly subscribers can cancel any time and retain access until the end of the billing period. Annual subscribers can cancel renewal before their anniversary date. There are no refunds on annual plans mid-cycle. Enterprise contracts are governed by individual agreements.
Is Kennerkreis GDPR compliant?

Yes. All data is processed in the EU. Advisors can request deletion of their profile at any time. Every profile view by a subscriber is logged for the advisor's transparency dashboard. Data processing agreements are available for Enterprise customers. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties.
