📋 Kennerkreis Advisor Standards
EU, UK or Switzerland-based physical presence
I am physically based in the EU, UK or Switzerland and available for onsite engagement within my region. I am not offshore-only.
Minimum 5 years of real SAP project experience
I have at least 5 years of hands-on, delivery-level SAP project experience — not theoretical or training-only. I have worked on real client programmes.
At least 2 verifiable professional references
I can provide at least 2 references from past projects — CFOs, Deployment Leads, Project Managers or colleagues at implementation partners — who can be contacted by email and will confirm my role and delivery.
Honest, accurate self-assessment of skills
My skill matrix will reflect honest levels — including areas where I am less experienced. I will not inflate my skills to appear more attractive. I understand that honesty builds trust and that false claims will result in removal from the platform.
Up-to-date availability and rate information
I will keep my availability status and rate bracket current — updating within 2 weeks of any change. Stale profiles reduce trust for all advisors in the directory.
