Common questions

What recruiters & hiring managers usually ask first.

Are you going to disintermediate us?
No. Kennerkreis doesn't sign placement contracts with end clients, doesn't take a margin on placements, and doesn't help advisors find their own clients. We're a directory and a sourcing tool — full stop. The relationship between you and your client is yours.
Can advisors see who's contacting them?
Yes. Every contact request includes the recruiter's name, agency, and role brief. Advisors decide whether to engage. This is by design — anonymity on either side breaks trust, and trust is what the platform is built on.
Can our competitors see who we've contacted?
No. Your shortlists, saved searches, and contact history are private to your seat and your team. Other recruiter accounts have no visibility into your activity. Advisors see who contacted them, but not which other recruiters did.
What about exclusivity? Can we lock advisors to our agency?
Advisors are free to engage with any recruiter on the platform. Kennerkreis isn't an exclusivity broker — we're a sourcing layer. If your value-add to the advisor is real, they'll want to work with you. If it isn't, exclusivity wouldn't have held anyway.
How do you verify advisors?
Identity check, three confirmed references on past SAP projects, EU/UK/CH residency proof, minimum 7 years of SAP delivery experience, and a structured skill matrix self-assessment. The full verification process is described on the How It Works page.
What does it cost?
