A note from Dimitrij

I have spent 14 years in SAP delivery — finance transformations, S/4HANA migrations, cutover nights that stretched into mornings. I know what good looks like. And I know how hard it has become for serious SAP professionals to cut through the noise.

Job boards flood your inbox with roles that have nothing to do with your specialisation. Recruiters who have never seen an SAP system screen your CV based on keyword matches. Kennerkreis is intentionally small and will stay that way. The directory is capped at up to 350 hi-end verified professionals. Every profile is reviewed by me personally. Every reference is real. Every skill is honest.

A personal introductory call
I reach out personally to schedule a short call — about 20 minutes. Not an interview. A conversation between SAP professionals who do the same kind of work. I want to understand your background, explain how the community works, and make sure TSA is genuinely the right fit for you.

Reference verification
After our call, I send short, respectful confirmation emails to your named references — asking only that they confirm your role on the project. No lengthy questionnaires. I handle all of it on your behalf.

No. Many TSA members are fully engaged on projects. Your profile shows your availability status — "Available Q3", "Open to the right opportunity", or simply "Currently engaged". Recruiters use this to time their outreach. You stay in the community regardless of whether you are actively looking.
We send a polite, neutral email — it asks only for a one-click confirmation. If a reference doesn't respond, we send one follow-up. References that don't confirm do not count against your application — they simply don't contribute to your Trust Score. Your score updates as more references confirm over time.
The Trust Score (0–100) is shown on your public profile. It tells recruiters exactly what has been verified — identity, references, project history, rate transparency, and profile completeness. A higher score means more confidence. Recruiters can filter the directory by minimum Trust Score, so a complete profile with confirmed references will appear in more searches.
About 20 minutes — via Google Meet or MS Teams. I talk with you about your background, the kind of engagements you enjoy, and how Kennerkreis works in practice. It is a conversation between practitioners, not a formal assessment. I conduct calls in English, Czech, German, or Russian depending on your preference.
Yes, at any time. Your profile remains active until the end of the paid period. After that it is removed from the directory. You can reactivate at any time — your profile data is kept for 12 months and can be restored without re-applying from scratch.
No. Email address, phone number, and exact rate are only visible to Premium and Enterprise subscribers. Free-tier visitors see an anonymised profile — no contact details, no rate. You can also choose to communicate exclusively through the TSA message inbox rather than sharing your email directly.
