For recruiters & hiring managers

Hire senior SAP talent. Without the guesswork.

Kennerkreis is a curated, verified directory of real, senior SAP advisors — every profile personally reviewed, every reference confirmed by the referee, every rate disclosed upfront, every availability window current. Hiring in the EU, Switzerland, or UK should not feel like gambling.

Screening SAP candidates in 2026 is broken.

If you hire senior SAP talent, you already know this. The cost is time, money, and bad placements. Kennerkreis is built around the problems you face every week.

AI-generated CVs
Every job posting now attracts dozens of LLM-polished CVs with inflated skills and borrowed project descriptions. Screening an inbox has become an archaeology exercise.
Body-shop opacity
Agency CVs are filtered by the agency's commercial priorities, not yours. You pay 20–40% markup, get padded project lists, and never talk to the actual consultant until it's too late.
Stale availability
LinkedIn's "Open to work" flag means nothing. You find a great profile, reach out, and discover the candidate was booked three months ago. Multiply by every opening.
Opaque rates
You spend two calls qualifying a consultant, only to learn at the end that their expectation is €300/day above your budget. Every hidden rate is a dead end.
Fake references
"References available on request" — translated: a friend at the same body-shop. Real verification takes weeks of back-channel phone calls you don't have time for.
No structured search
Boolean queries on LinkedIn, keyword-matching on job boards, and faith-based shortlisting from agencies. Nothing about the discovery process is data-driven.

Six reasons recruiters stop looking elsewhere.

Every feature below exists because a real hiring manager told us it was the part of their week they hated most. Combined, they turn a 6-week screening cycle into a 6-day shortlist.

Every advisor is verified
Identity checked, references confirmed by token, projects reviewed. A Trust Score of 0–100 with 5 auditable components, plus a freshness layer that reduces the published score over time if a profile drifts — you see exactly where confidence comes from, and how current it is.
Structured search that works
Filter by skill + proficiency (Basic / Good / Strong / Expert), industry, country, availability window, day-rate bracket, languages, years of experience. All simultaneously.
Rates disclosed upfront
Every profile shows a day-rate bracket. Filter by budget before you reach out. No two-call discovery, no mid-negotiation surprise, no agency markup.
Live availability
Advisors update their own status. "Available Q3" on Kennerkreis means actually available in Q3. Filter by availability window and your shortlist reflects reality, not LinkedIn wishful thinking.
Direct contact, no gatekeeper
Send a contact request through the platform. It lands with the advisor directly — no agency, no body-shop, no recruiter chain. They reply on their own terms.
Built for your team
Shortlists per role, saved searches, shared notes, profile view history, team seats. Your whole hiring team works in the same place — not scattered across inboxes and spreadsheets.

What a curated directory does to your time-to-shortlist.

Illustrative but calibrated against real hiring-manager conversations. Numbers vary per role — but the direction doesn't.

Traditional process
42d
6 weeks from posting to shortlist — job board postings, LinkedIn outreach, agency CVs, screening calls, reference chasing.
With agencies only
21d
3 weeks, but with 20–40% day-rate markup, opaque CV filtering, and no direct contact with the consultant.
With Kennerkreis
6d
Under a week to a decision-ready shortlist — filter structured fields, open profiles, contact directly. No middleman.

A profile is a decision-ready page — not a two-line teaser.

Per-advisor view
Every profile gives you everything you'd ask on a first call — before the call.
The page mirrors the structured fields the advisor filled out during application. No free-text "let me tell you about myself" essays. Just the signal a hiring manager actually needs to shortlist or pass.
  • Skill matrix — every SAP module the advisor works with, rated Basic/Good/Strong/Expert

  • Confirmed references — project-nested, each verified by the referee
  • Trust Score breakdown — 5 components plus a freshness layer, each auditable
  • Rate & availability — disclosed and current
  • Certifications — SAP badges + third-party quals, verified
  • Languages & location — structured, not inferred from CV

How teams actually use it
Your hiring manager sees the same shortlist you built — not a forwarded PDF.
Recruiter access is seat-licensed. Admins invite editors and viewers. Shortlists, saved searches, and profile notes are shared — no more attaching CVs in email, no more forgotten candidates from last quarter.
  • Shortlists per role — create a list per opening, add candidates, share with the hiring manager
  • Saved searches — re-run the same query weekly as new advisors are approved
  • Shared profile notes — internal team notes per advisor, visible only to your team
  • Profile view audit — know which teammate viewed which profile, and when
  • Role-based access — admin / editor / viewer seats, revoke any time
  • Team billing — one invoice per team (from Q1 2027)

2026 is free for pilot recruiters.

Kennerkreis is in curated pilot mode for 2026 — free access, full feature set, for a hand-picked group of recruiters we onboard personally. Paid team-seat plans launch Q1 2027. Full Access from €290/month per team, with role-based seats.

What recruiters ask us in the first 30 minutes.

How large is the directory right now?
Intentionally small. We're onboarding through 2026 toward 100+ verified advisors, targeting 350 by end of 2027. If you need "1,000 CVs next week," Kennerkreis is not the answer — by design. How the platform works
Do you charge per hire or per contact?
No. There's no per-hire fee, no finder's fee, no percentage-of-annual-salary. Once team-seat billing launches in Q1 2027, you pay a flat monthly fee per team and hire as much as you want. Advisors own their own relationships.
How is the data GDPR-compliant?
Every advisor consented explicitly to platform visibility, opt-in per-field. The platform is operated by Kennerkreis LTD (Sofia, BG), EU entity, full GDPR alignment. Data export and deletion tools are first-class.
Are advisors exclusive to Kennerkreis?
No. Advisors are free agents, can also be on LinkedIn, agency rosters, or elsewhere. But on Kennerkreis they control their own profile directly — no agency filtering between them and you. Which is the whole point.
How long does pilot onboarding take?
Typically same-day once your application is reviewed. We schedule a 30-min walkthrough, grant team seats, and you can start building shortlists within the hour. Pilot spots are limited in 2026.
What if we need a Swiss-based advisor specifically?
Filter by country. Every advisor on the platform is based in the EU, Switzerland, or UK — no off-shore re-routing, no undisclosed subcontracting. Profile location is verified at onboarding.
Stop screening. Start shortlisting.

Your next SAP hire should take six days, not six weeks.

Request pilot recruiter access. Walk through the platform with us. Build your first shortlist by end of week.
